JOIN THE FUN!

We need lots of help to run our Here We Grow Again Sale smoothly. We need you! You are the heart of our business. The sale is a community event and lots of folks help every season…it becomes an HWGA family reunion when we get together!

We are always looking for help and would love for you to join us in setting up, tearing down, helping customers, and keeping things tidy during the sale. Joining the fun comes with benefits! By becoming a team member and choosing one or more of the available shifts you can earn Grow Bucks and use them to purchase items during the sale

  • Shop first at our exclusive Pre-Sale! Team Members are invited to shop before consignors and the public. See Sale Dates & Times page.
  • For every three-hour shift you work, you will receive Grow BucksThe Grow Bucks can be applied to any purchase you make at the sale!
  • We would be happy to put your spouse to work in your place! We need extra muscle during set up and tear down so feel free to register your husband to get the Team Member benefits.
  • We are unable to provide childcare during Team Member shifts. Please do not bring your child while working unless you have received prior approval.

TEAM MEMBER opportunities

SET UP/TEAR DOWN

It takes many people to set up a sale. From putting signs on the walls to setting up the racks, we need your help. And, we would be happy to put your spouse to work in your place! We need extra muscle during set up and tear down so feel free to register yourself or your husband to receive the Team Member benefits.

TRADE SHIFTS

We know not everyone can work at the sale, so Trade Shifts count as a three-hour Team Member shift (email us if you are interested!). Some of our Trade Shifts include:

  • Deliver flyers to area businesses, doctor’s offices, daycare centers, libraries, etc. Flyers will be provided.
  • Bring office supplies to the event.
  • Place posters and signs at specific locations prior to the sale.
  • Help us obtain radio, television or newspaper coverage.

SALES SHIFTS

Anyone can join our team! Just sign up to work a Team Member shift and select a 3-hour shift that fits into your schedule. Jobs vary each shift and include such tasks as organizing racks, helping with check out, assisting shoppers and straightening toys. Make sure to bring your smile too as we make Team Member shifts fun!

TO BECOME A TEAM MEMBER

  • First you will need to create an account.
  • Then register as Team Member Only and select the shift(s) you would like to work.
  • If you already have an account as a consignor, login using your consignor information and select “Team Member” from the bar at the top of the page. Then select the shift(s) you would like to work.
