Here We Grow Again’s website receives thousands of visits during the weeks leading up to each sale. You can promote your business to our visitors (consignors, shoppers and others) by providing your logo and link to your website on our “Mom’s Minute” page. In September 2010, our site had about 19,775 visits from 8,053 unique visitors. These moms, dads and others visited our different pages 476,637 times! Adding your logo and website link to our site is a great way to bring some of these visitors your way!
Website ads will be linked to Here We Grow Again’s site for 6 months from the time your payment is received. You simply provide us with a graphic of your business and the site you want the user to go to when they click on your ad! Email us to find out more!
Poster at the Sale–$25
Want to promote your business to all of our consignors, volunteers and shoppers every minute of our sale? Provide a poster to hang on the wall of the sale venue! Displaying a poster at the sale will gain your company exposure as it will be noticed by thousands of Kansas City-area shoppers. Cost for displaying a poster (up to a 18″x24″ size) is $25. Deadline to provide your poster is Sunday, Oct 6th Email us to reserve a space for your company’s poster!
Promotional Items Table/Goodie Bags–$25
Shoppers, shopper, shoppers — we have tons of them! Where else can you reach this many people for so cheap?! We only allow one business sponsor per company, so contact us early to reserve your space! Provide your promotional items and include them in your choice of the following:
- Promo Table: We have a table at the entrance/exit for promotional items. Provide at least 100 items (no maximum) and we will continue refilling the table throughout the sale. This is a great way to target shoppers specifically interested in your product without needing to be on site to promote it! Deadline to deliver your items to us is Sunday, October 6th.
- Goodie Bags: Goodie bags are given out to the first 250 shoppers, so we need 250 items! You know that your product info is going home with our shoppers – no worries that they missed your info at the sale. Deadline to deliver your items to us is Sunday Sept 29th.
Cost for adding your item for either option is $25. Your items should be value-added promotional items (coupons, catalogs, magnets, pens, notepads, samples, etc.). Email us to add your business marketing to the table or bags.
Our volunteers are entered into a drawing for great prizes for all their hard work. Provide a give-away from your business for the volunteers! We’ll post the names of the companies providing prizes online, promote them on Facebook, and announce the winners and prizes to all our volunteers/consignors. Get your name out there to all our shoppers! You can participate in the Promotional items table or Goodie Bags for free if the item is worth $25 or more.
If you have a business that caters to women and families, this is a great opportunity to grow your business…for free! We will supply you with sale flyers to distribute to your customers. You must be able to help us reach at least 50 people. In exchange, you can participate in our Promotional Table or Goodie Bags for free!

Provide an event
HWGA Northland is interested in having special events at the sale. A photographer for Holiday pictures, karate or dance demonstration/lesson, etc. We will list our special events business partners on the website, storefront and facebook. Get your name out there! If you would like to promote your business in this way, let me know.
Setting up a display of your products and/or services is a great way to reach new customers! Our shoppers, consignors and volunteers include more than 3,000 moms, dads, expectant moms and dads, grandmas, aunts, teachers and friends from all over the Kansas City area and beyond.
We will provide you a table and two chairs that you can use to promote your business throughout our sales event (a discount applies if you supply your own table and chairs). Sales at your table are allowed and encouraged. Set up your table any way you choose. You are responsible for monitoring your own table. Even consider sharing a table with a friend. We also offer 1/2 time tables (Wed - Thurs or Sat – Sun rental) if you don’t have the time to devote to all sales days. Contact us for pricing. Vendor space is limited – literally! We offer enough space for a 6′ table for your display. If you need more, we may not be able to accomodate you or may have to increase your rent. Be sure to mention special requirements when you inquire about vendor spaces.
Vendor space participants receive one Consignor Pre-Sale Party and Consignor Half Price Sale pass to shop before the public!
Vendor space is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis and space is limited. Vendor space is not guaranteed until the vendor contract and payment have been received. We limit our sponsors to ensure the effectiveness of the advertising.
